Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how wsoft app studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile applications we publish on the Apple App Store (collectively, the "Apps"). It applies to all of our Apps unless a specific App provides its own separate privacy policy.
We design our Apps to be simple and privacy-friendly. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Most of our Apps work without collecting personal information that identifies you. Depending on the specific App and the features you use, the following categories of information may be involved:
Information you do not provide to us directly
- Diagnostics & usage data. Some Apps may collect anonymous, aggregated information such as crash reports, performance data, and basic usage statistics to help us fix bugs and improve the experience. This data is not used to identify you.
- Device information. Technical details such as device model, operating system version, language, and region may be processed to deliver and optimize the App.
Information used only to provide a feature
- Location data. Weather, thermometer, and navigation-related Apps may request access to your device's location to provide location-based features (for example, showing the temperature for your current area). Location is used to deliver the feature and is generally processed on your device or sent to a weather/data provider solely to return the requested information. We do not use it to track you across other apps or services.
- Photos & media. Photo-related Apps may request access to your photo library or camera so you can select or capture images to edit. Image processing happens on your device, and we do not upload your photos to our servers unless a feature explicitly requires it and you initiate it.
- Motion & fitness data. Step-counting and activity Apps may read motion and fitness data (such as step counts) from your device to display your activity. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
We only request a permission when a feature needs it, and you can grant or deny these permissions at any time in your device's Settings.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the features of the Apps.
- To diagnose technical problems, fix bugs, and improve performance and stability.
- To understand, in aggregate, how features are used so we can make the Apps better.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
3. Third-Party Services
Some Apps may rely on trusted third-party services for functionality such as analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or data delivery (for example, Apple services, weather/data providers, or analytics and advertising providers). These providers process information according to their own privacy policies. Where advertising is shown, advertising partners may use device identifiers to display and measure ads; you can limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings (for example, "Allow Apps to Request to Track").
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- with service providers acting on our behalf to operate the Apps, under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
- to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
5. Data Retention
Where data is processed on your device, it remains under your control and is removed when you delete the App or clear its data. Any diagnostic or aggregated data we receive is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we generally do not hold personal data that identifies you, the most effective way to remove on-device data is to delete the App. For any privacy request, you can contact us using the details below.
9. International Users
Our Apps may be used worldwide. Where information is processed by third-party providers, it may be handled in countries other than your own. By using the Apps, you understand that information may be processed in such locations in accordance with this policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated within the relevant App or on this website.
