Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

In short: Our apps are built to be privacy-first. We do not sell your data, and we never share it for advertising. The authoritative, app-specific summary of what each app does (or does not) collect is the App Privacy label on that app's App Store product page.

1.Scope

This policy applies to all apps published by wsoft app studio ("we", "us"), unless a specific app provides its own separate privacy policy. Because our apps serve different purposes, data practices can differ from one app to another. For any given app, the definitive statement of what is collected is the "App Privacy" section shown on its App Store page (for example, "Data Not Collected").

2.Apps That Collect No Data

Several of our apps are fully on-device and make no network requests at all. For these apps we collect nothing: no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs. Their App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected."

3.Apps That Collect Limited Diagnostics

Some of our apps may collect limited, anonymous diagnostic information — such as crash logs, performance data, or basic usage statistics — solely to keep the app stable and improve it. When an app does this, it is disclosed in that app's App Store privacy label. This information is not used to identify you and is never sold or shared for advertising.

4.Permission-Based Data

Depending on its features, an app may ask for access to data such as your contacts, photos, or files. We only request a permission when it is needed for a feature you use, and the requested data is processed on your device for that feature. We do not upload this data to our servers. If an app lets you export or share a file (for example a backup), that file leaves your device only when you choose to share or save it; what happens afterward is governed by the service or recipient you send it to. You can review or revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings.

5.Face Data (Camera & Face Tracking)

Some of our apps offer an optional mode that uses the device's front camera together with Apple's ARKit and the TrueDepth API for face tracking — for example, a game mode that lets you control gameplay by moving your head. When you use such a mode, the camera and TrueDepth data are used solely to determine, in real time, the position of your head on the screen for that feature.

All processing happens entirely on your device. We do not collect, record, store, or retain any face data, facial geometry, depth maps, or camera images. This data is never written to disk, never sent to our servers or to any third party, and exists only transiently in memory during live gameplay; it is discarded immediately, and no trace remains when the mode ends or the app is closed. No face data is used for advertising, analytics, identification, or any purpose other than the live feature you activate. Using this camera-based mode is always optional, and you can review or revoke camera access at any time in iOS Settings.

6.What We Never Do

7.Data Retention

We do not maintain servers that store your personal content. Any anonymous diagnostics collected by an app (where applicable) are retained only as long as needed to improve the app. Files you create stay in the locations you choose on your own device or iCloud, and you can delete them at any time.

8.Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9.Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
